Absolutely! We specialize in midnight cake deliveries. Place your order with the "Midnight Delivery" slot (11:30 PM - 12:30 AM). Orders must be placed by 6 PM the previous day. A small midnight delivery fee of ₹199 applies.

Yes! We deliver 365 days a year, including Sundays, public holidays, and even festivals like Diwali, Christmas, and Eid. However, delivery slots may fill up quickly on holidays, so we recommend early booking.

Which mode of payment does Sweet Crumbs accept?
We accept all major payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking (all major banks), and Wallets (Amazon Pay, Freecharge). We also accept international cards.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹1500. A convenience fee of ₹50 applies on COD orders. Please keep exact change ready for the delivery partner. COD is not available for midnight deliveries or orders above ₹1500.
Are there any delivery charges applicable for the orders?
Delivery is free for orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat delivery fee of ₹49 applies. Midnight deliveries and express deliveries have an additional surcharge of ₹99-₹199 depending on your location and time slot.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Orders can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations within 2-4 hours will receive 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 2 hours of delivery. In case of damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 1 hour for a free replacement or full refund.
Do you offer gluten-free or sugar-free options?
Yes! We have a dedicated range of sugar-free cakes (sweetened with stevia/monk fruit) and gluten-free cakes (made with almond/coconut flour). These are clearly marked on the product page. Please note that our kitchen handles wheat and sugar, so trace amounts may be present.
